A real person reads every referral. We will reach out to you first, usually within a day or two.
We call you first, to make sure we understand the situation and to ask anything we need before we reach out to the person you referred. Then we talk with them directly. We will still want their own say before any work starts, even when the referral comes from someone who knows them well.
The help is free. There is no fee, no deposit, and no bill afterward, and nobody will pitch them a service or ask about selling their home. If we cannot take the job on, we say so plainly and try to point you to someone who can.
